Hello Everyone!

My name is Jessica and I'm a senior at OU (Woo Sooners!). I'm kind, sort of old compared to most college students. Twenty-eight, but look twenty. So, I guess that doesn't really matter. I'm a Liberal Studies in Arts major and after a Spring and Summer break off (I'm going on a cruise next summer!). I'm hoping to come back to school to get my Masters in Museum Studies.

Some people would see me as being goofy or eccentric, but I thrive on the title weird. I'm a huge nerd in the sense that I can binge watch Netflix, Doctor Who collection is getting out of hand, I have more books then shoes and I find Jessica Day from New Girl to be my spirit animal (with a little bit of Ron Swanson, some days a lot of Ron Swanson).

If you want to know who I'am just look at the personality of Jessica Day and you got me! It's that easy, that weird and that awesome!

Despite all the weird quirks I have and the obsession with all things polka dots. I'm lucky to have my family whom I love very much and whom I would do anything for. I'm come from a rather large group of ornery kids (youngest of four) and I wouldn't change that madness for anything. Even though I'm an introvert with appalling social skills it's still nice to have a large group of people that love me if I need anything. They are my world and they make it so much better.

I hope everyone is just as excited about this class as I'am. I had an opportunity to take Indian Epics a few semesters back (or was it 1? I can't remember) and it was the best decision I have made at OU. It was hard and the work was intensive, but I learned so much and fell absolutely in love with India. So, I hope that this class is just as rewarding.
