Reading Notes: [[Homer's The Iliad, Part A]]

[SOME SPOILERS]

Achilles and his mother-WikiArt
1. Thetis, daughter of the sea seeks vengeance for the suffering of Achilles and causes the ocean to rise up and destroy Troy and a central character. Play into vengeance that it's almost unbearable to read.
2. Unknown to everyone Briseis is a warrior of the heavens and destroys many characters that are very important to the story of the Iliad (which includes Helen, Achilles, Agamemnon, Thetis, Hecuba and Hector. Make an epic fight sign and play into the action of the story. I have never done anything action packed. It may be an interesting route to go.

3. Trying to please Thetis, Zeus he's the warnings of his wife Hera which starts a quarrel, which angers Thetis because she isn't getting her way. In turn, causing the Trojans to win. Basically, switch everything around to where the opposite occurs. The actions of the Trojans lead to them winning because of the actions of Zeus, Thetis and Hera.

4. Zeus calling upon a dream causes Achilles to dream up the entirety of The Iliad. Zeus did this because he saw the modern world we live in today (through time travel or a vision, which is more fitting to the story)and wanting to take his place as the almighty and worshiped he acted on selfishness and sent a dream to Achilles. Possibly also have Hades cause Zeus's vision of the future (or to cause him to travel in time... This may be a little to far fetched.
5. Save Hector! Somehow, someway! Focus on relationship with Andromache and/or Helen (magic robe of Queen Hecuba that shields Hector from harm). In other words, channel Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
